It’s always a special pleasure to see two K-Pop idols from different companies interacting outside of official hours. There is a cosiness and warmth about their encounter that brings an inexplicable joy. It’s also fun to see which idols are friends and hang out every now and then.

Some days ago, Giselle from Aespa launched a vlog for aespaYoutube channel. Through his vlog, we see the idol on his way to the gym to work out late at night. There, she coincidentally meets the soloist Jeon So Mi. Many fans will know of their close relationship and that the two idols are practically best friends.

Supervised by a gym instructor, Giselle and SoMi end up sweating as they work out together.

The girls are already known for their slim figure, but as seen in the vlog, they definitely try hard to maintain it. After the workout is over, they are given a meal plan that they must eat to stay in top idol shape.

For SoMi, her meal plan is aimed at helping maintain her abs. Her list includes blueberries and low-fat yogurt for breakfast, open-faced salmon sandwich for lunch, and spring rolls for dinner. Giselle’s eating plan targets her entire body. It includes a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar for breakfast, along with five almonds and five cherry tomatoes. Then, for lunch, she’ll have a soft tofu caprese salad and a natto kimbap for dinner.
