One of K-Pop’s most anticipated solo debuts is about to happen, and K-Pop fans are ecstatic. BLACKPINK JiSoo’s long-awaited solo debut will take place on March 31 (1 PM KST) with her first single album titled “MY‘ and the title track ‘Flower’.

2. Intriguing traditional Korean sound
JiSoo’s concept showed a lot of influence from Korean traditional music. On March 16, JiSoo’s visual film was released with a heavy Korean instrumental melody as the background music, which made fans imagine that her debut title track will have heavy influences and traditional tones.
This is quite different from the sounds of the other BLACKPINK members’ debut songs, and therefore raising intrigues among fans about how the track will sound.
3. It’s About Time
More than anything, we’re just excited that JiSoo is finally making her solo debut. She is the last member of BLACKPINK to make her solo debut and BLINKs were starting to get impatient waiting for her turn. It’s a relief that it’s finally here and we can all finally enjoy her music solo as well.
JiSoo has always shown her passion for performing when she takes the stage and is sure to light up the stage this time around as well. Her artwork is finally getting some well-deserved spotlight and we love seeing it!
